I know some prefer inform 7 and I do say that you might be interested in checking out the below site. I am impressed by the effort going into this project but I cannot say I like it. I have worked with it before and now that I wanted to add links here I gave it another try. I installed it, wrote a small test scenario, and found it just as frustrating as I remembered it. I do not have the patience for the strict grammar and the lack of true control. I believe that with an immense effort to learn the way to write in inform 7 it could be a wonderful authoring tool. I can't do it though.
